ORI started as Office Remedies, Inc. in 1988, with co-founders Kathleen Benson and Susan Lynd completing data entry at their kitchen tables. Across decades of growth, ORI evolved as an agile research and data processing business, establishing partnerships with multi-cloud integration and analytics solutions providers to improve customers’ access to data and enhance decision making.
Today, we operate as a consultative reseller, connecting federal government clients with the technology tools and solutions needed to stay competitive and thrive. We are built for agility and impact. As a highly respected leader in industry and women-owned business circles, Kathy is passionate about mentoring and coaching fellow women business owners in the community.
Sue Lynd
Sue makes sure all the gears at ORI are running smoothly. She oversees day-to-day staffing and production activities to deliver the highest-quality work product to clients. With more than 30 years of experience managing large data collection contracts for a variety of clients, Sue serves as the operational backbone of ORI.
